Dose anyone know these property how to use, and what's
happen when using these setting?
This is to limit the bandwidth the component may use. BandwidthLimit is the max
Bytes/sec.
BandwidthSampling is the time (milli-seconds) between checks. This sampling
should probably be at
least a few seconds.
You alsoe have to use option httpoBandwidthControl.
