Re: [twsocket] Need help with Active Directory user path permissions

2007-11-17 Thread Fastream Technologies
Ok, I see. I have another question: how will I impersonate a user to the
admin setup thread without knowing the password of the account but having
admin privileges?

IOW, I need to learn the default profile path of each user for setting up
the default paths for the admin side. But For the function SHGetFolderName,
I need to impersonate (see help of the function, the token parameter). But
how?

Regards,

SZ

When the server admin sets up the folders of an account you store
this configuration, including the mapping real path = virtual path.

I need to learn these paths because I am

folders as virtual folders. I hope you get what I mean and help.

AFAIK, that's impossible. I think you have to maintain a custom list
  of each user's folder mapping.
