  After the latest confinement upgrade to webbrowser-app, HERE terms and
  conditions are no longer accessible.

  Test case.
  - Flash the phone.
  - Finish the setup wizard.
  - Finish gesture tutorial.
  - Open location indicator.
  - Tap on "Read HERE terms and conditions".

  Expected result.
  - Webbrowser app is launched and T file is loaded and displayed.

  Actual result.
  - Webbrowser app cannot read local files, T file gives an error.

  How to reproduce on Aquaris E4.5:

  - open the web browser
  - search for a song on google
  - click on a youtube video
  - while page is loading turn up the volume to maximum
  - when page is completely loaded tap on video to make it start

  
  What should happen:
  - music video should start at maximum volume

  What really happens:
  - music video don't start, even if you continue to tap on it

  How to fix:

  - close the web browser
  - open the web browser
  - wait for the page to reload
  - play music video

  when Messages view loads for the first time, there is a delay (1-3
  seconds) where the phone numbers are shown in the view and then after
  some time the contact matching occurs and the contact name fills in.

  This should be faster, also immediate really. We need to optimize how
  this lookup is done so it can happen more instantly.

  I don't know what you call them ("external" or what) but the pages
  that don't match the url regexp for the webapp.  That open in a little
  popup with a back button.

  If the webapp gets collected by OOM, it doesn't remember it had any of
  those opened.  But it should!

This appears to be a bug in oxide, where the user agent overrides are not used 
for redirections (e.g. HTTP 302).
I can reproduce locally with the following standalone code:
