Some update in the last few weeks messed up the killswitch on my Dell
Latitude D830. I filed another bug for that but am hoping that this
driver update might fix the problem.

There is a potentially high regression risk if something goes wrong in
upgrading such a popular wifi driver. We are going to need plenty of
testers for this. I will test it on my MBP.
