[Bug 483897] Re: Wrong STACK check with custom colors
Here's a simple test plug-in. It just builds a stack from 3 constant values. With the attached version, you'll get errors in /var/log/munin /munin-graph.log: [...] ERROR: First field (f2) of graph [...] b483897 is STACK. STACK can only be drawn after a LINEx or AREA. [...] ERROR: First field (f3) of graph [...] b483897 is STACK. STACK can only be drawn after a LINEx or AREA. If you remove the 3 colour lines from the script (i.e., if you let munin choose the colors itself) the errors go away. As said in the original report, the logic behind the STACK–LINEx/AREA test is broken if fields have custom colors. ** Attachment added: b483897 http://launchpadlibrarian.net/35978243/b483897 -- Wrong STACK check with custom colors https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/483897 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to munin in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs

[Bug 486960] Re: Brasero disk burner won't get past Preparing to write.
I just had this very same thing happen to me. I'm not sure if you're having the same issue or not, but here's what happened in my case: Earlier, I had ejected a CD via the eject button, not through the UI. The CD remained mounted, and still showed up in the Nautilus sidebar. I tried to burn an Ubuntu disc and got exactly the result you're describing here. As soon as I unmounted the phantom CD, I was able to burn again. Check and see if you still have a CD filesystem mounted, it'll show in the nautilus sidebar. If not, then you're having a different issue and we'll go from there. ** Changed in: brasero (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- Brasero disk burner won't get past Preparing to write. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/486960 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 362484] Re: [LENOVO 1702WKF] (Thinkpad X60) suspend/resume failure
The problem has gone away. I didn't proceed scientifically, but here is what I did, in the event it helps anyone with a similar issue: Believing pulseaudio to be the culprit, I uninstalled it. Then the laptop went into suspend properly, but wouldn't come out of it (screen flickering, slightly different flickers depending on whether EXA or UXA was used in xorg.conf). I enabled KMS, no change. With the live-usbstick, suspend worked without any problems. I then reset xorg.conf (attaching the current version) - surprise, suspend now works great. So the problem seems to have been that I kept xorg.conf from Jaunty. I now reinstalled pulseaudio to confirm whether it really has to do with it - suspend still works, so pulseaudio doesn't seem to have been the issue to begin with. ** Attachment added: xorg.conf http://launchpadlibrarian.net/35965036/xorg.conf -- [LENOVO 1702WKF] (Thinkpad X60) suspend/resume failure https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/362484 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

I think you’re right. The error is the same and I think it’s the same cause. But the consequences are different. Re: [Bug 486997] Re: ps-watcher package bad default ps-prog
Yup. It is very simple, it does not work :) (html-)Highlighted error cmd below. no is the default ps-prog for some reason in my dist of hardy at least. Line numbers might not be 100% correct since I've added some debug print statements but +- 1 or two rows. Example wich does not work. ps-watcher --config=/etc/ps-watcher.conf --syslog --nodaemon --sleep=10 --log --debug=10 *PS-CMD: no -e -o pid= -o cmd=* 11/23/09 09:38:39 ps-watcher[32233]: Starting: $Id: ps-watcher.in.in,v 1.57 2006/03/10 19:07:05 rockyb Exp $ Can't exec no: No such file or directory at /usr/bin/ps-watcher line 576 (#1) (W exec) A system(), exec(), or piped open call could not execute the named program for the indicated reason. Typical reasons include: the permissions were wrong on the file, the file wasn't found in $ENV{PATH}, the executable in question was compiled for another architecture, or the #! line in a script points to an interpreter that can't be run for similar reasons. (Or maybe your system doesn't support #! at all.) When I change row 335 from $opts{ps_prog} = 'no'; # Where is ps? to $opts{ps_prog} = '/bin/ps'; # Where is ps? I get this: ps-watcher --config=/etc/ps-watcher.conf --syslog --nodaemon --sleep=10 --log --debug=10 PS-CMD: /bin/ps -e -o pid= -o cmd= 11/23/09 09:41:55 ps-watcher[32320]: Starting: $Id: ps-watcher.in.in,v 1.57 2006/03/10 19:07:05 rockyb Exp $ = perfect Cheers //Marcus On Mon, Nov 23, 2009 at 9:24 AM, cyco ubu...@cyconet.org wrote: Could you please document, what is your exact error?
