[Bug 1473433] Re: Songkick doesn't show in music scope

[Bug 1492546] Re: Systemd runs ifdown on shutdown even when it shouldn't
This bug was fixed in the package ifupdown - 0.8.8ubuntu1 --- ifupdown (0.8.8ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=medium * Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes: - Always call dhclient with -1, Ubuntu carries a patch so that renewal won't time out. - link.defn, tests/testbuild-linux: Disable upping of bridges as it's not covering all the cases supported by the vlan and bridge hooks and so causes more harm than good at this point. (LP: #1295304) - debian/postinst: Bring back missing /etc/rcS.d/networking symlink, to clean up after old broken upgrades. (LP: #1439109) Needs to be kept until after 16.04 LTS. - ifup@.service, ifupdown-hotplug: Additionally run for "auto" class. We don't really support "allow-hotplug" in Ubuntu at the moment, so we need to deal with "auto" devices appearing after the "networking" init script already ran. (LP: #1374521) ifupdown (0.8.8) unstable; urgency=medium [ Martin Pitt ] * Fix ifquery crash if interface state file does not exist yet. (Closes: #810779, LP: #1532722) * ifup@.service: Avoid stopping on shutdown via stopping system-ifup.slice (changed behaviour in systemd 228). Can you please specify exactly what setup you’re using? A Nexus 7 without additional input/output devices will not focus the address bar of a new tab, that’s the expected behaviour. [Bug 1532950] Re: Font size too big on phone, and display too tall with devicePixelRatio
My 2 cents. Would it make more sense to use the font size of a UITK Label (textSize: Label.Medium) as a reference unit, and provide only a setting for a multiplier of the resulting pixelSize? [Bug 1492546] Re: Systemd runs ifdown on shutdown even when it shouldn't
Adjusting the Debian bug link, I discussed this on https://bugs.debian.org/809166 already. ifupdown should *not* stop "manual" interfaces with ifdown, unless you have an explicit "down" action in /etc/network/interfaces. I assume this is not the case. It was an explicit decision by the Debian maintainer (Guus) to not take these "network file system" checks into the new .service, as this hides real bugs and should really not be necessary. So I take it the bug is now that "ifdown"ing a manual interface actually "ifconfig down"s it? ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #809166 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=809166 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1492546 Title: Systemd runs ifdown on shutdown even when it shouldn't To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ifupdown/+bug/1492546/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1533554] [NEW] Duplicate package entries shown when listing by package origin
Public bug reported: Synaptic 0.83 (also was in 0.82.5 I believe) - Ubuntu Xenial What should happen: Synaptic should as previously show a single item for each package when viewing package list from a particular 'origin'. What does happen: For many packages up to 4 identical entries are shown for each package. See attached screencap. Duplicate list items are quite literally identical and are true duplicates as they relate to the identical package in all respects, including full version. In fact, so much so, that selecting one of a duplicate for an operation such as install/upgrade/remove etc selects and then operates on all the duplicate entries as well. Same problem has been noted on a real machine and in VM running variants of Xenial - Xubuntu/Kubuntu etc, with or with any ppas present on system. ** Affects: synaptic (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "Screencap showing duplicate packages entries for a single 'origin'" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1533554/+attachment/4549130/+files/138a3001.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1533554 Title: Duplicate package entries shown when listing by package origin To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/synaptic/+bug/1533554/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1531517] Re: [regression] pinch to zoom not working reliably
Ah yes the android input transport is biting us again. We are still bound to the limitation of that encoding. That encoding means - only one down/up touch id per event. No matter what libinput reads or qtmir sanitizes.. , as long as the transport from server to nested server or from nested server to client chops of the information of every additional down or up the gesture will break. [Bug 1508110] Re: Users tab doesn't work as expected
After debugging it seems the root of the problem is in the landscape.monitor.usermonitor.UserMonitor._reset method which is called upon resynchronization, but doesn't wait for a new session ID to be available (the session ID is obtained asynchronously by the code in landscape.broker.client.BrokerClientPlugin._resynchronize). The regression was introduced in r705. [Bug 1492546] Re: Systemd runs ifdown on shutdown even when it shouldn't
Well... [Bug 1533590] [NEW] X recognises no screens when external connected
Public bug reported: Note that I'm really running Mint 17.3; but I don't believe they change the kernel packages, so this is still relevant here. When an external screen is connected through the dock (both displayport and displayport-to-dvi, on different docks), I get a message during startup that the X server has not found any screens. Simply turning the screen off (not even disconnecting it) lets the system boot into the single laptop screen as per normal. When I turn on (or reconnect) the screen, it isn't recognised, and not even seen as far as syslog is concerned. When not docked, the onboard displayport connection works as normal. Yesterday everything was normal, the only relevant upgrade that happened was from kernel 3.16.0-38.52 to 3.19.0-32.37. I've rebooted into the previous kernel, and that works normally - so I suspect a regression in the i915 driver or similar? I'm also noticing these lines in there, that aren't shown with the old kernel: [ 8.553727] [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt lied (SDE)! Kernel 3.19 loads i915_bpo and spews the above errors; kernel 3.16 uses i915 and does not. I cannot rmmod i915_bpo as it is in use even when no X is active; and simply loading i915 on top does not help.
