I had to install kubuntu-driver-manager. Now when I start the
application it goes to a window which shows "Collecting information
about your system" forever, nothing happens.

I have a Dell Precision 5510 and Kubuntu 16.04.

I presume the WebKitWebProcess puts the slide show on the installer
window? I noticed the slide show became nonfunctional after the "Failed
..." messages started appearing in the terminal area. Killing off the
process apparently allowed the installation to continue without
interruptions. (The installation may have been progressing anyway, but
it certainly was going slowly.)

I performed some reverse commit bisect and thus tested some 4.X kernels.
Here's the result:

1) The bug is present in all 4.4.X kernels until kernel "4.5.7-yakkety"
(build 4.5.7-040507-generic), which's the last one carrying the bad
commit.

Starting on kernel "4.6-rc1" (build 4.6.0-040600rc1-generic), the bug is
gone.

Hence, a "good commit" removed the bad commit on 4.6-rc1.

The welcome screen does not work properly. If you use the "capslock" as
a language change, the upper panel hangs and does not switch the input
language. In some cases, such as the withering of the screen, when you
try to change the language, the welcome screen disappears completely for
a second displaying the contents of the desktop. In this case, to switch
the language, you must first go to another terminal "ctrl+alt+f6" to get
back on and using the mouse to change the language.

I have created a video and log file to demonstrate some of the behavior.

Step 1: Notice "No Network" at dialer screen for "SIM 2 AT" "SIM 1 Cricket" 
shows connected
Step 2: Visually verify connections
Step 3: Select SIM 2 AT at the dialer screen
Step 4: Successfully dial the US Naval Observatory Time Announcer to verify 
connection to AT network
Step 5: Hang up
Step 6: Visually verify that "No Network" is still displayed for "SIM 2 AT"

This happens no matter which SIM card is in which slot. In this
instance, AT was not showing service. However, Cricket and T-Mobile
will exhibit the same behavior of "No Network" yet successfully make
phone calls.

I can easily enter numbers like 18 = 'juuhachi' = じゅうはち = 十八 for all numbers 
except 19.
19 = 'juukyu' or 'juuku' = じゅうきゅ or じゅうく =　(here the dropdown list shows no 
kanji for 19).
One of the options in the drop-down should be 十九. 

Incidentally, I just discovered that typing 'kyu' for the number 9 gives
140 possible selections, but not one of them is the kanji for the number
9 (九). Typing 'ku' does give this option.

This bug only occurs in Unity8. Under Unity7 the webbrowser-app scrolls
in the correct direction (when "Natural scrolling" is turned off).

I uploaded the package for you. Because budgie-artwork is new to Ubuntu,
it will have to be manually accepted by a member of ~ubuntu-archive
before it will become available in Ubuntu.

I noticed that the Vcs fields are slightly wrong since you don't need to
have a separate debian branch but that can wait until your next upload
to correct.

I did not notice until after I uploaded just now that your new package
is missing the nm autostart file. Was that intentional? If you send me a
corrected package, I can re-upload and ask that the current upload be
rejected.

You can try having the script do "modprobe -r" and "modprobe" on your wifi
module. That should always work, but seemed like overkill in my case. In
any case, these are workarounds, not fixes.

If you add the epoch ("1:") to the version in d/changelog, then you'd
also have to take care of changing any versioned breaks/replaces that we
