Re: [Bug 1945733] Re: Could not click on any gnome-shell widget...
Well, I couldn't figure out how to disable the ubuntu dock, because I had not ever used the extensions app before, but I used apt to remove it and then I could not repeat the behavior, however, I did reinstall it, and I also could not get it to malfunction. [Bug 1945817] Re: Change default Amharic font from Abyssinica SIL to Noto Serif Ethiopic
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode. To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1945817/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package. [Bug 1945832] [NEW] octave-parallel gives error messages on wrong dimensions.
Public bug reported: Running my Octave code, which worked properly in a Redhat env, I observed an error while running it in Ubuntu 20.04 using octave (5.2.0-1) and octave-parallel (3.1.3-4build1): error: reshape: can't reshape 2x3765 array to 1x15 array error: called from parcellfun at line 453 column 22 Apparently this is caused by solution of another bug, see here: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?51448 The second comment in the above link provides a workable solution to me (also): "Commenting out line 452 of the parcellfun.m fixes the code for me."
