[Bug 1617599] Re: Resume from suspend causes reboot, except if USB key is plugged in
Not sure if this helps, but I was having similar issues on my Dell Precision 7510. I edited /etc/grub/default as listed in this link and it is now working: http://askubuntu.com/questions/58627/resume-from- suspend-occasionally-causes-a-restart -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1617599 Title: Resume from suspend causes reboot, except if USB key is plugged in To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1617599/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1586544] Re: No trackpad options are displaying in settings
That package was not originally installed. I tried installing it and restarting my system but I still don't have the ability to modify my touchpad settings. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1586544 Title: No trackpad options are displaying in settings To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity-control-center/+bug/1586544/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1586544] [NEW] No trackpad options are displaying in settings
Public bug reported: This is a fresh Xenial install on a Dell Precision 7510. When I go to Settings->Mouse & Touchpad, the only three settings displayed are 1. Primary button 2. Double-click 3. Pointer speed I can't invert my scroll direction, or set any of the other settings. I believe the trackpad functionality is working as I can do a two finger scroll correctly. user@host:~$ lsb_release -rd Description:Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Release:16.04 user@host:~$ apt-cache policy unity-control-center unity-control-center: Installed: 15.04.0+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 15.04.0+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu2 Version table: *** 15.04.0+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu2 500 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-updates/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 15.04.0+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu1 500 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/main amd64 Packages user@host:~$ xinput list ⎡ Virtual core pointer id=2[master pointer (3)] ⎜ ↳ Virtual core XTEST pointerid=4[slave pointer (2)] ⎜ ↳ ImPS/2 Generic Wheel Mouseid=13 [slave pointer (2)] ⎣ Virtual core keyboard id=3[master keyboard (2)] ↳ Virtual core XTEST keyboard id=5[slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Power Button id=6[slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Video Bus id=7[slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Video Bus id=8[slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Power Button id=9[slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Sleep Button id=10 [slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Integrated_Webcam_HD id=11 [slave keyboard (3)] ↳ AT Translated Set 2 keyboard id=12 [slave keyboard (3)] ↳ Dell WMI hotkeys id=14 [slave keyboard (3)] ↳ DELL Wireless hotkeys id=15 [slave keyboard (3)] ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04 Package: unity-control-center 15.04.0+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu2 Uname: Linux 4.4.11-040411-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2.1 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Fri May 27 15:28:51 2016 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationDate: Installed on 2016-05-27 (0 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64 (20160420.1) SourcePackage: unity-control-center UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: unity-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug xenial -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1586544 Title: No trackpad options are displaying in settings To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity-control-center/+bug/1586544/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1561250] Re: Xenial vagrant image is missing its hostname in /etc/hosts
