this app still dosent degrade automatically for slower cpus that dont
run HD content well. The program should automatically degrade video for
slower systems and have the option to automatically increase the task
priority. The GOM player on windows dose this well. My machine is 1.8Ghz
celeron if that helps.

this situation is sad, ive seen this problem reported for many linux
players and the only fixes ive seen are not simple, it should be cooked
in on all of them, hopefully you all can listen to me and set a trend
YO!
