[Bug 1578296] Re: check_memory broken with new /usr/bin/free output
This bug affects me also, making the check_memory plugin unusable in nagios, sensu, icinga, etc. Are there any plans to get this fixed in 16.04? [Bug 1124250] Re: Partially incorrect uid mapping with nfs4/idmapd/ldap-auth
Confirmed on ubuntu 14.04 kernel 3.13.0-27-generic with NFSv4 mounts to an Isilon filesystem - even with very high values for the various kernel.keys parameters, we still get sporadic failures for UID/username mappings resulting in user or group IDs on new files showing up as 4294967294 rather than the correct value. [Bug 984389] [NEW] postinst trigger in output of make-kpkg does not create /vmlinuz, /initrd.img symlinks
Public bug reported: Ran the following command in a 2.6.33.3 kernel tree (required for our embedded application) MAKEFLAGS=HOSTCC=gcc-4.4 CC=gcc-4.4 make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot --initrd --arch amd64 --stem ourlinux --append-to-version ${OUR_VERSION} --revision ${OUR_REVISION} debian kernel_image kernel_headers kernel_source This produces the expected packages for kernel image, source, and headers, but upon installing the image package, no symbolic links are created (e.g. /vmlinuz - boot/vmlinuz-3.2.0-23-generic), and the postinst script in the package does not contain any commands that might do so.
