I have the exact same problem on IBM Thinkpad x201 with Intel iwlwifi driver using open wireless N access point. It usually takes one resume cycle for the bug to appear. The network manager shows the wifi access point as connected. However, once this happens the laptop wireless netwroking completely stops, can't ping anything after. The only way to resilve this is to reboot the computer. Switching the wireless on/off in network manager does not help, restarting the network manager does not help. I've got a aod250-1613 (intel n280 + android + xp version) and this affects me too. but is it possible that this is about the kernel rather than cpufreqd (that's a deamon, right?)? I did not install cpufreqd. If I echo ondemand /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor (from arch wiki), it freqs down. And, again without modprobing acpi_cpufreq (or after modprobing), the max freq shows itself to be 1.33 and not 1.66. Okay... I removed the source compiled xen 3.1.0 from the system, tried it again and upgrade went smoothly. Xen 3.2.0 is not very happy once you try to install it on a system containing other versions of Xen. I do not have any other system on which to replicate the bug. apparantly it is due to the fact I had installed Xn 3.1.0 from source. I was unable to upload liferea's pot file (nor liferea's tr.po file) for 1.2. Feisty seem to use 1.2.4 [1] So I am reopening this one.
