[Bug 311869] Re: Add driver for Sentelic Touch pad

2012-01-28 Thread Bartosz Fenski
The current status (at least with driver from
https://github.com/saaros/sentelic):
- two finger scrolling works
- disable touchpad while writing works

What still doesn't work:
- emulation of middle button
- edge scrolling

Emulation you can workaround a little using taps instead of clicks. Just run
the following:
synclient TapButton2=2

Then you can paste texts using tapping with two fingers.

For disabling touchpad while typing you can try
https://github.com/gokmen/Sentelic/blob/master/README
Unfortunately it can't detect my touchpad, but maybe you'll be luckier ;)

[Bug 780602] Re: nm-applet leaks memory and stops functioning after a while

2011-05-10 Thread Bartosz Fenski
I don't use any VPNs nor other networks, simply Wifi networks and this
is what I got after 9 days of uptime:

fenio 1827 0.0 32.2 968800 633852 ? SLl May01 5:32 nm-
applet --sm-disable

633MBs of RAM.

And on my girlfriend's laptop after 4 days 158MB.
sylwia1602 0.0 15.6 321632 158792 ? Sl May06 3:14 nm-applet
--sm-disable

It's quite obvious that there has to be some huge memory leak somewhere.

regards
fEnIo
