Same problem here, with gnome. Have been using PinguyOS and Cryptkeeper for a long time, but this morning when I click on Cryptkeeper, the "keys" icon on the top panel does not show up. So now I have no way to get to my encrypted folder. Hopefully someone a LOT smarter than I (a relative noob) can figure out a "fix" for those of us using PinguyOS.
