The 'Failed to download package file' is not, which is quite annoying in some parts of the world where the packages are difficult to download. Same problem (on French version ) At first computer start, trash applet will crash then on reboot applet will load correctly. It will reproduce almost each morning. Try it on Karmik and Jaunty both have the problem. Confirmed. Try it on Karmik and Jaunty both have the problem.
