[Bug 295389] Re: This version is extremely out of date
Could an update to Gnomesword be included in the repositories? Gnomesword on their website is up to version 2.4.1 and includes many features not included in the version 2.2.3. Note that an update to Biblememorizer will also be needed as Biblememorizer version 0.5.2 seems to have some errors with the files included with Gnomesword 2.4.1. However, Biblememorizer version 0.6.3 seems to work OK wih Gnomesword 2.4.1. -- This version is extremely out of date https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/295389 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 164152] Re: gnomesword2 dictionaries not functioning
Just went to the Gnomesword site - upgraded to Gnomesword 2.4.1 - All solved. It also sets it out much better. I wonder why the updated version of Gnomesword isn't part of the standard repositories? -- gnomesword2 dictionaries not functioning https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/164152 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 164152] Re: gnomesword2 dictionaries not functioning
I am using Hardy, and have a similar experience when using GnomeSword (2.2.3). We have also tested it in Intrepid. The difference is that not all dictionaries are affected. Mousing over Robinson's morphological tags shows the preview fine. Similarly clicking on the Robinson Morphological tags brings up the Robinsons entries in the dictionary. Similarly, if I use Websters dictionary, meaning come up fine when words are double-clicked. However when I try to mouse over or click on Strong's Numbers, nothing happens. I need to manually enter Strong's numbers into the Strong's dictionary to see the Strong's entries. The other difference is that this seems to be consistent - it always behaves the same way. -- gnomesword2 dictionaries not functioning https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/164152 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
