[Bug 708581] [NEW] jack_oss.so (OSS driver) missing in /var/lib/jack
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: jackd2 Ubuntu version: Mavrick Meerkat Package version: 1.9.5 Expected result: Jackd to work fine with OSS4 Happened instead: Jackd won't run because driver is missing. After switching my ubuntu maverick machine to OSS4, jackd won't run anymore with OSS. It seems that the OSS driver is missing in /var/lib/jack. I tried rebuilding with debuild, but that didn't yield that driver. ** Affects: jackd2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/708581 Title: jack_oss.so (OSS driver) missing in /var/lib/jack -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 201860] Re: [Hardy] libc6 2.7-9ubuntu1 update crash the system
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 201673 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/201673 I had it too. Lots of segmentation faults. I managed to roll back to 2.7-5ubuntu2 (aren' t those live cd's handy?), held those packages back and all was well again. I think someone messed up... Errors I saw had to do with mmap and malloc. -- [Hardy] libc6 2.7-9ubuntu1 update crash the system https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/201860 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
