It is consistent in dropping the same notes.
Can be verified by playing a sufficiently intersting .it file in a GStreamer 
player, and then comparing it with the commandline mikmod player.

[Bug 326584] [NEW] For file formats SID and NSF (etc), only accesses first track of chiptune compilations

Public bug reported:

Multiple songs are often stored in file formats such as SID and NSF.
These songs also repeat infinitely and do not make use of the
navigation/progress bar.
For multi-track SID files it would be good to make use of the
navigation/progress bar as a discrete way for the user to switch between
the various tracks encoded in these files.

IE: Dragging the progress/nav bar to the far right would select the nth
song, while dragging it to the far left would select the 1st song.
