[Bug 1641148] Re: [SRU] missing keystoneauth1 dependency

2016-11-15 Thread David Della Vecchia
** Description changed:

- The cinder package for newton is missing the python-keystoneauth1
- dependency.
+ [Impact]
+
+ No noticed impact since python-keystoneclient pulls in the missing
+ dependency, however it missing here could cause issues in the future if
+ keystoneclient was ever removed.
+
+ [Test Case]
+
+ See Impact section.
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+
+ There is no regression potential since the dependency is already pulled
+ in elsewhere.

[Bug 1516219] Re: package ceilometer-common 2014.1.5-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: 子进程 已安装 post-installation 脚本 返回了错误号 1

2016-06-23 Thread David Della Vecchia
After further review I've found it's an issue with pip-installed python
libraries next to apt-installed ones. Is it possible you are running a
pip-installed version of keystoneclient? If so can you uninstall that
one and use apt instead?

This has been fixed since this bug was reported. It's due to missing the

It is not possible to execute the command "service manila-share

  Repository: Openstack liberty
Distros: ubuntu 14.04.3 and ubuntu 15.10.
  Packages used: manila-api manila-scheduler python-manilaclient manila-common
+
+ [Test Case]
+
+ `service manila-share start`
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+
+ Any issues inherent in the manila-share package are now included in
+ manila proper for ubuntu. This package really only includes the init
+ configuration so regression potential is low.

Removing ldap3 as we are reverting barbican to use python-ldap since

point in the future.

for now.

[Bug 1540431] Re: [MIR] python-googleapi python-oauth2client

2016-02-03 Thread David Della Vecchia
Michael, I linked a branch of googleapi that runs tests during build
when I created the MIR, I'm just waiting on a merge or does it need to
include more tests?

As for uritemplate I will create the MIR for it.

Googleapi would need to be patched to use oauthlib instead of
oauth2client, beyond that I am unaware of any specific need for
oauth2client.
