[Bug 1891588] [NEW] HP Device Manager buggy

Public bug reported:

I am using hplip Toolbox on Linux mint 19.1 attempting to install HP
Envy 5034 as a wifi device. Toolbox cannot find device. However, using
hp-setup  it installs correctly.

Also, after installing, two 5034s appear in Device manager, one with a
red X. Clicking the other icon causes the red X to move to the second
printer. By fiddling around, I eventually find the correct printer.

These problems don't appear in the W10 version.

Problem is that Printer screen is not displayed when a print is requested. It 
sits on the Task Bar and can be missed. Please change this to display Print 
Screen over Browser Screen. Otherwise it can be missed.
