[Bug 1689825] Re: gnome-keyring not unlocked on boot
I can't believe all it took was to do: sudo apt purge dbus-user-session Thanks to whoever discovered this! Sidenote: My Yandex browser now launches instantaneously rather than taking atleast half a minute to open up. This fix was definitely a good find -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1689825 Title: gnome-keyring not unlocked on boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/dbus/+bug/1689825/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 613412] Re: packagekit in maverick causes error in apt operations
Same here, I was experiencing this problem (on 16.04 xenial) each time I ran 'sudo apt update' or any apt commands. Fixed by installing 'packagekit'. Not even sure what that does, but it must have done something because the error is gone now -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/613412 Title: packagekit in maverick causes error in apt operations To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/packagekit/+bug/613412/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
