[Bug 44729] Re: Very slow on some files
If in this last case lame is hanging/frozen and not just very slow, this is likely to be another bug. In this case, I would suggest you to report it to the lame-dev list: http://lame.sourceforge.net/contact.php -- Very slow on some files https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/44729 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 125979] Re: unable to reach www.keh.com from Feisty
Do you mean that it could be a more general problem than a pure Ubuntu one? The strange thing is that if I use windows from the same computer, then it's working. That is why I assumed that it should be a problem related to the OS. -- unable to reach www.keh.com from Feisty https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/125979 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

I found this page about a similar problem with Suse: http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Problem_with_establishing_TCP/IP_connection_in_openSUSE_10.2 So it seems that it's a website problem, triggered by an enabled feature within the kernel. [Bug 117122] Progress bar doesn't move when resuming from hibernation
Public bug reported: Kubuntu 7.04/AMD64 When resuming from hibernation, the progress bar which is supposed to show resuming progress doesn't move. [Bug 48229] Re: Partition table destroyed when resizing NTFS
I recently tryed Kubuntu (7.04) bundled QtParted on a Vista system. The built-in partition manager provided with Vista was only minimally able to shrink the existing ntfs partitions. To shrink them more and create new ones for Kubuntu, I used QtParted from the live CD. Only changed 1 thing at once, and rebooted into Vista between each step. At each change of an existing ntfs partition, Vista started a chkdsk, but did not detected any problem. conclusion: in my case it worked without any loss. -- Partition table destroyed when resizing NTFS https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/48229 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 116358] QtParted doesn't report about number of partitions limitation
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: qtparted There is a limitation to 4 primary partitions on an IDE hard drive. When used on a drive with already 4 primary partitions, QtParted doesn't offer ability to create more partitions, which is fine. The problem, however, is that it does not inform user about why it can not create any partition.
