Same thing. [Bug 308248] [NEW] problems keep showing up again
Public bug reported: two problems. 1. Ubuntu keeps reporting that it cant recognize the graphics card and switches to low graphics setting. After reboot (or 2-3 reboots) the graphics come back. the next day, same problem again. 2. I (want to) use 2 languages, English and Hebrew. I enabled the language and everything was fine. Next day nothing helps. I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 on a Pentium with an (old) ATI g-card.
