[Bug 902529] [NEW] Skanlite saves as PNG by default
Public bug reported: Hello. Skanlite saves my images as PNG by default on a fully updated Kubuntu 11.10 with the Kubuntu-updates ppa enabled. This creates 30 MB pictures which are so big Skanlite suicides. After I rescanned the pictures as JPG, the pictures were only 1.7 MB and Skanlite worked fine. ** Affects: skanlite (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/902529 Title: Skanlite saves as PNG by default To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/skanlite/+bug/902529/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 878667] [NEW] Some Ubuntu apps look poorly integrated
Public bug reported: Ubuntu apps started to look less integrated in Natty, but in Oneiric it´s just terrible. Ubuntu One, Firefox, Thunderbird, Ubuntu Software Center, Nautilus, Settings Manager, they all look very different. Ubuntu One and USC looked fine a while ago, TB and FF use Xul so they are harder to integrate (but still), Nautilus looks weird because the toolbar got black, Settings Manager might be a GNOME3 problem. It gives Ubuntu a very unprofessional touch to it and we are becoming the next That Redmond OS in this way. I hope there is a way to fix it. [Bug 652852] Re: Ubiquity doesn't suggest to install on unallocated free space
It affected me too. I have been using this method since 9.10 (when I had my first Ubuntu upgrade) and it was easy and fast.
