[Bug 1311881] Re: dual screen ubuntu 14.04, second screen only partially displaying desktop
I had simmilar issue. I deisabled the gpu-manager.conf, deleted old xorg.conf, used aticonfig --initial to create a new config file, logged in and used amdcccle to make final adjustments. I dont really understand this but it seems that there is some problem with randr. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1311881 Title: dual screen ubuntu 14.04, second screen only partially displaying desktop To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1311881/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 279798] Re: [intrepid] cannot suspend with module rtl8187 loaded
I have simmilar issue with my Toshiba L305-S5955. Unfortunetly none of the scrips posted here work for me. If I manually "rmmod rtl8187" then suspend resume works. /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/55NetworkManager and added comands to remove module post command to NM and insert module prior comman to NM but that is and ugly hack.
