[Bug 1831773] Re: High CPU usage, MySQL process got stuck on "SHOW SESSION VARIABLES LIKE 'FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS' "

2020-06-06 Thread Hassan El Jacifi
It doesn't seems to be fixed on the version 5.7.30 and Bryce never
mentioned that the bug is fixed but need to retrieve patches.

I can still reproduce the bug with the version 5.7.30 "mysql-server-core
5.7.30-0ubuntu0.16.04.1":

Thomas,

Sure, I only want to inform you as you're the PPA maintainer. As some of
us use this PPA on different Ubuntu version for some specific reason and
there's no way to report the bug directly there.

Thanks

2016-06-23 Thread Hassan El Jacifi
Hi Guys,

I don't know if the bug affect 16.04 too.

The result is shown after the command apt-check. As you can see when you run it
with:
- python3 you have 0,0 that means no package to update.
- python2 you have 4,0 that means 4 packages to update.

Start-Date: 2016-06-22 15:03:38
Commandline: apt dist-upgrade -uV
Upgrade: grub-common:amd64 (2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.7, 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.8),
grub2-common:amd64 (2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.7, 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.8),
grub-pc-bin:amd64 (2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.7, 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.8), grub-pc:amd64

[Bug 1595154] [NEW] Wrong result/count in update-notifier depending of the python version

2016-06-22 Thread Hassan El Jacifi
Public bug reported:

Hi Guys,

I have seen a strange behavior regarding the update notifier. Our
monitoring system isn't able to show missing updates.

After starting looking closer, the script apt-check is not providing the
correct result depending the python version. Changing python from 3 to 2
or changing the shebang solve the issue.

Details:

[Bug 1511084] Re: Local Maildir is not visible anymore

2015-11-24 Thread Hassan El Jacifi
Hi Sebastien,

I upgraded to wily and the issue was solved with the version
evolution_3.16.5-1ubuntu3.

I'll not be able to reproduce this bug, but maybe if someone still have
Vivid he can reported to upstream.

Thanks for looking this case.

[Bug 1457884] Re: Can't boot with kernel 3.19

2015-05-25 Thread Hassan El Jacifi
Hi Christopher,

Seem to have something to do between the kernel and the module wl. If I
need to test the upstream kernel, I'm forced to remove all these modules
(nvidia and bcmwl).

Seems that the kernel and the wl driver having trouble when the
regulatory domain is #A (sent by the wireless router)

What should I test now?

Yep, it's the case. As the kernel 3.16.0-37-generic that I'm using
actually is from Utopic
