If I enable the option located at  [System Settings   Input Devices 
Touchpad  Enable/Disable Touchpad  Disable touchpad when mouse is
plugged in checkbox] , the next time I start my computer, the touchpad
will be disabled regardless if there's a mouse plugged in or not.

1) I'm using Kubuntu 14.04:

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release:14.04

2) Version:

$ dpkg -s kde-touchpad | grep Version
Version: 0.0+git20140305-0ubuntu1

3) Expected result:
The touchpad should be enabled if there is no mouse present.

4) Actual result:
When starting the computer, the touchpad is disabled even thogh there is no 
mouse plugged in.

** Affects: kcm-touchpad (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

** Description changed:

Strange: after today's update, I can no longer reproduce the bug (I
submitted the bug right after updating).

I'll attach a copy of /var/log/dpkg.log, and try marking the bug as
Fixed (?) or maybe Invalid.

I have the same problem ever since I upgraded to 13.10
However, if I set the shortcut to the pause button, everything works as 
expected. If I set it back to prt sc, the shortcut stops working.
