In Kubuntu was this bug. Tried Kubuntu 22.04.3 this was in and still in Kubuntu 22.04.4 In shortcuts choose for example alt+f4 uncheck shortcut, apply. That doesnt work anymore. Click defaults. alt+f4 works again. Thats another bug, sometimes ubuntu shows that, even thou internet is working, since i reported this bug with that buggy icon showing that theres someking wifi driver not fully working. Internet works fully.
