In Kubuntu was this bug. Tried Kubuntu 22.04.3 this was in and still in Kubuntu 22.04.4 In shortcuts choose for example alt+f4 uncheck shortcut, apply. That doesnt work anymore. Click defaults. alt+f4 works again. Internet works fully.
