Public bug reported:

I have a Ryzen 4700U laptop.  I'm staying on 5.13.0-22 kernel because the -23 
and -25 both have ACPI failures and will hang if you shutdown or reboot the PC. 
 I have a DMESG log showing failures:

I lost audio as well and have to reinstall pulseaudio everytime I boot the 
computer to get it back-- otherwise you have Dummy Output only.  Everything 
worked fine until I updated this batch (from /var/log/apt/history.log):
