I can confirm that a fresh ubuntu install with 4.0.7+dfsg1-1ubuntu2
shows the described behaviour.

with the new 64 bit flash player, you still need the 32 bits extra's...
flash just keeps being annoying for us 64 bit users. Besides, also for
Java webstart the 32bit rpm is needed etc...

Np. I know it's not a bug in Ubuntu, but that's what the report button does.
I will try to remove an re ïnstall, but will be done after my work time :)
