Re: [Bug 77146] Re: install - reading mirror crashes
Hi, how can i install Kubuntu now? Is there something i can do to install it? You said that the changes were in Ubuntu, but i have Ubuntu 6.10 working, this problem only happens when i am installing Kubuntu 6.06. Another thing, my mouse and keyboard are USB and both after some time stops, they back to 'work' if i change the USB. I have this problem in the Ubuntu and Kubuntu. The problem occurs on Mandriva 2007 free too, i think its my hardware, any idea? It seems that the distributions are not prepared for new hardware (not so new). Am i wrong ? I bought this PC recently. 2006/12/26, Roel Huybrechts [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Hi, thanks for your bug report. I changed the package to 'ubiquity', that's the name of the installer program. ** Changed in: Ubuntu Sourcepackagename: None = ubiquity -- install - reading mirror crashes https://launchpad.net/bugs/77146 -- João -- install - reading mirror crashes https://launchpad.net/bugs/77146 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
