[Bug 1643871] Re: Running Firefox (Version 50.0+build2-0ubuntu0.16.04.2) with xrdp -> result: wrong colors, also for the interface
I was having this issue as well against 16.04. But changing the colors down to 16-bit instead of the 32-bit full color in the rdp client 'fixed' it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1643871 Title: Running Firefox (Version 50.0+build2-0ubuntu0.16.04.2) with xrdp -> result: wrong colors, also for the interface To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/1643871/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1626418] [NEW] Crash on Ubuntu 16.10 with libunittest++
Public bug reported: When linking against unittest++ on Ubuntu 16.10 (64-bit), I get a ton of errors similar to this one: /usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux- gnu/6/../../../../lib/libunittest++.a(Test.o): relocation R_X86_64_32S against symbol `_ZTVN8UnitTest4TestE' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC Here is a build log from my recipe on Launchpad (the errors are at the very bottom of the this log): https://launchpadlibrarian.net/285452385 /buildlog_ubuntu-yakkety- amd64.libopenshot_0.1.2+0+561+103+201609200333+daily~ubuntu16.10.1_BUILDING.txt.gz On all other versions of Ubuntu, my recipe on Launchpad works fine. But on 64-bit Ubuntu 16.10, it fails with these errors. Just curious if something has changed in this source package, that would only affect this architecture/platform. [Bug 1185864] [NEW] SRU Muon 2.0.1 to 13.04
Public bug reported: Muon 2.0.0 as released with Kubuntu 13.04 had several issues. We've already patched/SRU'd most of the major ones, but we've not patched a few other ones that had popped up. (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317858 and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319978) Additionally, Muon 2.0.0 had major issues with it's localization, with large swaths of translations missing. Muon 2.0.1 remedies this situation. As you can see from the changelog[1], it is a strictly bugfix-only release that introduces no changes that would disqualify it from being SRU'd. [Bug 283537] Re: adept lacks ability to set packages to hold
Unfortunately, Adept has been unmaintained by its original authors for several years, and nobody has stepped up to continue its development. (Though the Muon Suite is arguably its spiritual successor) As such, Adept has been removed from releases of Kubuntu from 12.10 onwards, and no additional improvements will be made to the software.
