Re: [Bug 760312] Re: Double click to launch new instance
Is there by any chance a cheat sheet available with all the keyboard and mouse shortcuts in Unity? On 04/14/2011 04:29 AM, Bilal Akhtar wrote: You can open a new instance of an application by middle-clicking its icon in the launcher. If you don't have a middle mouse key, you can middle-click by pressing both left and right keys at the same time. If you have a mouse scroll wheel, pressing it should be recognized as middle-click. Double-click could interfere with the Spread behavior, and isn't the intended behavior by design, so marking Opinion. ** Changed in: unity Status: New = Opinion ** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu) Status: New = Opinion -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760312 Title: Double click to launch new instance -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 760329] [NEW] Ubuntu 11.04: Titlebar stays the same no matter where I go
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox I am not sure whether this is a Unity bug or not. Whenever I open a Firefox instance and browse, it shows Mozilla Firefox at the top and not the current site. I could live with that, but there is a part 2: When you maximize it, it works again (changes to match the current page), but when you un-maximize it again, it shows the site you visited when it was maximized, and stays there. As I type this it still says YouTube... blah blah blah at the top... [Bug 349738] [NEW] New Notifications Loop Slightly
Public bug reported: Not sure how to put this into words, but if you hit volume up on your keyboard and hold it till it reaches full volume (how most people do it I imagine), it will blink over and over until the time you held it down after it reached full volume is fulfilled. Again, I'm sorry I can't explain it better than that. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- New Notifications Loop Slightly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/349738 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 256845] [NEW] Internal And External Speakers Run At The Same Time
Public bug reported: if you plug in headphones, or other external device it works, but if you mute the sound, and then un-mute, both speakers come on. also if you turn the computer on with the headphones, etc plugged in, both are on. i have found, that if i mute Front in my sound applet everything works good again, but that isnt a solution. im using ubuntu 8.04.1 i expected the internal sound to stay muted no matter what, as long as an external device is attached. what happens instead is that my internal and external speakers run at the same time if you mute the sound, and then un-mute, both speakers come on. also if you turn the computer on with the headphones, etc plugged in, both are on. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Internal And External Speakers Run At The Same Time https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/256845 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
