[Bug 826771] Re: indicator-appmenu leads to have a nautilus menubar displayed on top of the screen
The temporary solution I have found it's to disable the 'Have the filemanager handle the desktop' option. You can use gnome-tweak-tool to do that. The downside is that the desktop icons won't show anymore. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/826771 Title: indicator-appmenu leads to have a nautilus menubar displayed on top of the screen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-appmenu/+bug/826771/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 826771] Re: indicator-appmenu leads to have a nautilus menubar displayed on top of the screen
Actually the permanent solution is to indeed remove indicator-appmenu. But you must also remove appmenu-gtk3 and appmenu-gtk. That will remove the global menu in unity but I guess is not much of a problem if you're using gnome-shell.

[Bug 663395] Re: Abnormally slow network connections
I can confirm similar problems on a fresh install of ubuntu 10.10. All internet browsers (chromium, firefox, firefox 4, opera) initially work fine but after loading 2-3 pages they become slow and frequent timeout errors occur. -- Abnormally slow network connections https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/663395 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
