[Bug 1624771] Re: cacti is incompatible with PHP7.0 (xenial)
Ok, that was a problem on my system with dbconfig-common not generating said config. Fixed by installing dbconfig-mysql and completely reinstalling cacti. ** Changed in: cacti (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1624771 Title: cacti is incompatible with PHP7.0 (xenial) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cacti/+bug/1624771/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1624771] [NEW] cacti is incompatible with PHP7.0 (xenial)
Public bug reported: cacti uses adodb-mysql, which doesn't work or doesn't exist in xenial / PHP7. Missing file: /usr/share/php/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php ADONewConnection: Unable to load database driver 'mysql://cactiuser:cactiuser@localhost/cacti?persist' ADONewConnection(mysql)% line 51, file: /usr/share/cacti/site/lib/database.php ** Affects: cacti (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Package changed: jffnms (Ubuntu) => cacti (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1624771 Title: cacti is incompatible with PHP7.0 (xenial) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cacti/+bug/1624771/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1624769] [NEW] jffnms doesn't work with postgres
Public bug reported: jffnms has the capability to be used with mysql or postgres through dbconfig-common. Unfortunately, the pgsql install script was created with mysqldumptopostgres or some such utility and apparently not tested, since it doesn't work at all. ** Affects: jffnms (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1624769 Title: jffnms doesn't work with postgres To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jffnms/+bug/1624769/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1624768] [NEW] jffnms is incompatible to PHP7.0
Public bug reported: As with some other PHP dependent packages in Ubuntu 16.04, this one was ported without testing it. There is a depencency on php7.0-mysql, but this only provides pdo-mysql, mysqli and mysqlnd, not the needed mysql. So it can be installed, but not run. ** Affects: jffnms (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1624768 Title: jffnms is incompatible to PHP7.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jffnms/+bug/1624768/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1072813] [NEW] puppetd hangs/slow downs - already fixed in upstream
Public bug reported: A bug in puppet, which was already fixed upstream in 2.7.11, can cause occasional hangs in one-time mode and slow downs in general, caused by a bug in the file lib/puppet/util/instrumentation/listeners/process_name.rb Upstream bugs describing the problem http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/12588 and http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/12310 lead to a fix in 2.7.11: The file was simply removed from puppet 2.7.11 as it was only an example for a new API anyway. Unfortunately, the Debian/Ubuntu puppet distribution still contains the file, as patches/debian-changes re-adds the file. I suppose this was simply a small mistake during the merge of the upstream release. The file should be removed from the Debian/Ubuntu puppet distribution to fix the mentioned problems.
