[Bug 1899290] [NEW] usb 3.0 hub devices disconnecting after a few seconds
Public bug reported: I am using a USB 3.0 hub that works fine under windows or on my ubuntu desktop, but when connected to my ubuntu laptop all devices connected to the usb hub get disconnected after a few seconds. It I'm only connecting a mouse and keyboard so it shouldn't be using up too much current to overload the port. Also When connecting the devices directly to the usb ports on the laptop, there are no problems. [Bug 1892814] [NEW] pulseaudio very unstable
Public bug reported: Pulseaudio has been super unstable since ubuntu 20.04. bluetooth has multiple connectivity issues which sometimes can only be resolved by unpairing and then pairing again. Microphones randomly stop working until changing the active microphone multiple times. Today my mic stopped working 3 times. Sometimes cannot switch bluetooth headset profiles. Or it says that it switched it but when you click on a different tab and go back, it reverts to the old setting. I see some warnings/errors in the logs that could be related: gsd-media-keys[2948]: Unable to get default sink gsd-media-keys[2948]: Unable to get default source kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: SCO packet for unknown connection handle 65 pulseaudio[2489]: q overrun, queuing locally please see the attached log. ** Affects: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "journal log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1892814/+attachment/5404270/+files/journal_log_08252020.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1892814 Title: pulseaudio very unstable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1892814/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1870538] Re: ryzen 5 3600x hard lockup
I upgraded to ubuntu 20.04 since the bug report, but still the same issues. Will try the mainline kernel, but nvidia-driver is complaining about not supporting 5.7 yet. This is a crash log from 20.04's default kernel for now. ** Attachment added: "journal_log_25042929.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1870538/+attachment/5360070/+files/journal_log_25042929.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1870538 Title: ryzen 5 3600x hard lockup To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1870538/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
