If you don't already have them... open a terminal and try: $ sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts It contains packages that SHOULD set your default font to Times New Roman. [Bug 764271] [NEW] fails to decode .swf flash file
Public bug reported: downloaded .swf application from http://www.forzatraders.com/flash/ForzaMotorsport3CarSetupTool.swf to use offline but the app it opens with, totem, didn't have the appropriate codecs and recommended searching for them. found gstreamer0.10 but nothing else. upon installation, .swf still failed to play.
