[Bug 1269441] Re: Connection drops though network manager reports everything as OK
Thanks Seth. I actually had the AP changed and I cannot reproduce the bug at the moment. I will post again here if the bug re-appears. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1269441 Title: Connection drops though network manager reports everything as OK To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1269441/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1269441] Re: Connection drops though network manager reports everything as OK
I tested the kernel 3.13 and the problem still exists. The tags are updated. I would also tend to blame the access point though an Android phone and a Windows laptop are sharing the access point and both remain connected when the Ubuntu laptop fails. I've only seen this problem when connected to the Livebox-F5C8 access point. ** Tags added: kernel-bug-exists-upstream -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1269441 Title: Connection drops though network manager reports everything as OK To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1269441/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 935778] Re: Various Toshiba laptops - brightness controls work on first boot, but do nothing after suspend/resume to RAM.
I am experiencing the same problem. I'm on a Dell XPS ultrabook with the Dell Sputnik PPAs. In my case, I hibernate the computer (I do not suspend) bu the symptoms are the same. Also, after coming back from hibernation, the bluetooth widget shows that bluetooth is enabled even though I had disabled it before going into hibernation. # uname -a Linux hostname 3.2.0-38-generic-pae #61+kamal14~DellXPS-Ubuntu SMP Fri Feb 22 20:53:54 UTC 2013 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/935778 Title: Various Toshiba laptops - brightness controls work on first boot, but do nothing after suspend/resume to RAM.
