ok... sorry for the mess i'm making of this bug report, but Lubuntu has now moved from LXDE to LXQt, so this feature request likely won't be implemented through these channels. I would advise upgrading to either 19.10 or 20.04 (when it's released) checking for an option in LXQt, and, if the feature isn't there then create another bug report.. I can reproduce this bug, the same happens for me after a fresh install of focal-daily.
