ok... sorry for the mess i'm making of this bug report, but Lubuntu has
now moved from LXDE to LXQt, so this feature request likely won't be
implemented through these channels. I would advise upgrading to either
19.10 or 20.04 (when it's released) checking for an option in LXQt, and,
if the feature isn't there then create another bug report.. Hope this

I can confirm this is an issue on a 20.04 daily amd64 install. On X11,
the theme is set correctly but the cursor is not the same as the cursor
I'm used to (I noticed this in the discord snap app too)

I can reproduce this bug, the same happens for me after a fresh install
of focal-daily. A workaround  for me was to remove snapd and reinstall
it.
