[Bug 1502635] [NEW] bonded interface not starting automatically
Public bug reported: Upgraded over 15.04 to 15.10 Final Beta. Have a LACP bonded interface with two NICs. Using NetworkManager to handle the NIC bonding. [Bug 1314367] Re: 10de:0cbc [HP EliteBook 8540w] Flickering with Ubuntu 14.04
Not that's it's a realistic resolution, but noticed this week when upgrading from a 570 GTX to 970 GTX card, the flickering so far seem s to have gone away. [Bug 1228079] Re: Login issue: Lightdm + LDAP + Kerberos
After I put in the symlink for initctl into /bin path above and could log in, I ran into an issue where I was having odd errors like not authorized in the disk tool, and Network settings within UI were inaccessible, etc This is beyond the other weird issues with the path stuff from above... I found an old bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/likewise-open/+bug/1162836 I had the same problem where after I finally logged in, my $PATH variable was a ways off from what the local user. I am going to test removing the symlinks that were added, as I suspect with the path fixed, they may not be needed. [Bug 1080656] Re: bluetooth-wizard crashes when the name of a discovered device is NULL
I updated to 13.04, and I can now add the mouse that was crashing 12.10 before thru bluetooth-wizard. However, I do lose the mouse at some point (still trying to determine why it disconnects at some point, but may be unrelated to ubuntu.) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1080656 Title: bluetooth-wizard crashes when the name of a discovered device is NULL To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-nexus7/+bug/1080656/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1080656] Re: bluetooth-wizard crashes when the name of a discovered device is NULL
I should note I am seeing this on Ubuntu 12.10 x64 on a desktop pc, not the Nexus 7 as original bug was logged as. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1080656 Title: bluetooth-wizard crashes when the name of a discovered device is NULL To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-nexus7/+bug/1080656/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1080656] Re: bluetooth-wizard crashes when the name of a discovered device is NULL
I believe am seeing the same problem trying to pair a Microsoft Bluetooth Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 as it shows just the hw address, and if I select it, it crashes. Also interesting to note this device I believe has no PIN, though not sure if that matters. I have attached the backtrace (hopefully I did this correctly.) If I add a Bluetooth device that has a name (such as my phone), it pairs no problem. ** Attachment added: "Backtrace" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-bluetooth/+bug/1080656/+attachment/3509747/+files/gdb-bluetooth-wizard.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1080656 Title: bluetooth-wizard crashes when the name of a discovered device is NULL To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-nexus7/+bug/1080656/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1024884] Re: Bluetooth with AR9462 WLAN/BT-Combo don't work
Neil - The issue I am seeing with bluetooth-wizard crashing is this one: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-bluetooth/+bug/1080656 However the work around to let it sit in post #8 makes no difference for me unfortunately. -Mike -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1024884 Title: Bluetooth with AR9462 WLAN/BT-Combo don't work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1024884/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1024884] Re: Bluetooth with AR9462 WLAN/BT-Combo don't work
I finally got it to build and work with 12.10 after re-reading post 61 (thank you!) Also, had disabled wireless thru the gnome app as I am using Ethernet. However doing this also disabled Bluetooth for me. Following post 61 and enabling wireless got it going for me. On a side note, now stuck with another issue the bluetooth-wizard crashes once you select the device :( Looks like a common issue with 12.10. At least now I got farther. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1024884 Title: Bluetooth with AR9462 WLAN/BT-Combo don't work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1024884/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

What are the odds you can spin a version for 12.10 to try out?
