[Bug 1889416] Re: pulseaudio.service: Start request repeated too quickly.
The previous version (1:13.99.1-1ubuntu3.4) has the same problem with trying to create ~/.config/pulse before the home directory is available (in this case decrypted). The theory at the moment is that the new patch in 1:13.99.1-1ubuntu3.5 makes the code break earlier and therefor retry faster. We might want to make sure the service waits for ~/. to be available before trying to create ~/.config/pulse, at least that's my initial thinking. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1889416 Title: pulseaudio.service: Start request repeated too quickly. [Bug 1825948] Re: Unexpected failure in unarchive module
Well, if it got the expected input it probably would have. It didn't expect a list there and it caused a traceback rather than an error in this case. This is not completely uncommon for python scripts. Well, `creates` should be used only when you want to skip a task. Ansible is idempotent by nature, so if you unarchive an already unarchived compressed file, it will not change the content on disk unless the extracted data is actually different. Do you really need `creates` in your case? For reference: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/2.6/modules/unarchive_module.html -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1825948 Title: Unexpected failure in unarchive module To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ansible/+bug/1825948/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1825948] Re: Unexpected failure in unarchive module
Hi, `creates` is not likely to be a list, and I'm not sure what directory the above would be relative to. Perhaps try using only one file, and an absolute path and see if the traceback persists. Intentially login with a faulty password first, which made GDM just prompt as normal 5. Login with the correct password, which caused the purple screen + mouse 6. Copy the log up to this point 7. [Bug 1166816] [NEW] [FFe] GStreamer 1.0 module should be in Ubuntu 13.04
Public bug reported: Hi, Per linked Debian bug, the Crystal HD module have been patched to GStreamer 1.0 but not yet landed upstream. Would it be possible to divert this package for Ubuntu 13.04 and sync back with Debian once they have it? [Bug 1116791] [NEW] xterm and gnome-terminal should not be dependencies
Public bug reported: Hi, ubuntu-desktop depends on xterm and gnome-terminal. xorg is a dependency as well, and in turn depends on xterm | x-terminal-emulator. Something is wrong here. I'd say either removing the depends on the terminal emulators from ubuntu-desktop or, in case of xorg getting replaced at some point, depend on xterm | x-terminal-emulator here too...
