I am facing the same issue as well. [Bug 990143] [NEW] no high contrast switch back during installation
Public bug reported: During installation when i selected High Contrast from Right Top Accessibility Icon, then i can't get any option or way to switch back to normal. I cancled the setup and restarted it again, and it still was in high contrast mode and there was still no option to rollback to normal mode.
