I can confirm this bug and moreover that the fix above suggested by Martin does 
indeed fix the problem.
My Logitech DiNovo Edge Keyboard now works perfectly again.

Same here...

Ubuntu 11.10 BETA2 through to no 11.10 final. 
Logitech DiNovo Edge Doesn't work. 
I was prompted to Grant/Deny access to the keyboard address as soon as I 
pressed a key on the keyboard, whether you Grant or not (even ticking Always 
Grant you cant get the keyboard to work.

I have a HP Compaq 6730b and everything worked out the box except for
the sound (Through Speakers)
