After installing/upgrading the "train-proposed" packages and restarting
the nova-compute service on the nova-compute nodes it was possible to do
live-migration in the environment.

I tested the focal-proposed package:

ii  spice-html5  0.2.2-0ubuntu2.20.04.1
all  Spice Web client which runs entirely within a modern
browser

After installing the package it was possible to use the "Ctrl+Alt+Del"
button successfully.

After doing the test with the test package the reboot worked perfectly
with the button => "Ctrl+alt+del"

I have an environment with the same behavior in a Bionic VM that does
not use charm.

After the upgrade, there was an IP(master/vip) switch between the nodes
that left the environment unavailable.
