I tried the tkgate in Ubuntu 9.10 today, and the bug was still there. [Bug 307220] [NEW] Error when tkgate starts simulator
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: tkgate When clicking on Start the simulator-button in tkgate I get an pop-up saying: Failed to start simulator '/usr/share/tkgate-1.8.7/libexec/gsim'. I've never used tkgate before, so I don't know what should have happen. The program will continue to run after the error, and it seems the program thinks the simulator is running. Pressing C-s e will abort the simulation. A which gsim tells me that it is located in /usr/bin/gsim, so it seems like it is a path that is wrong.
