Regarding UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to xenial on 2016-01-08 (0 days ago) The kernel team have decided that we have the linux LTS kernel 4.4 in our own 16.04 LTS. i cannot replicate this bug. I have done an alternate 32 bit install and had no issue, up dated and still okay. I've now re-read the test case. The correct way is to create the LVM before the install.
