Hi Chris, I updated evolution-data-server to 3.10.4-0ubuntu1.3 this morning then enabled calendar option in google online account. I confirm Lenzi's workaround. I turned off the Google calendar option a couple of days ago and I don't have to re-authorize my Google account anymore.
