In Debian Sid/unstable with GNOME 3.36.4 and LibreOffice 7.0.0, I
switched the icon theme from *Elementary* to *Elementary (SVG)*, and the
icons still look blurry on a HiDPI monitor connected over HDMI.

I confirm, that on the Dell Latitude E7250 with Debian Sid/unstable with
GNOME 3.36.3 and LibreOffice 1:7.0.0~rc1-5, the issue is fixed.

There is a small glitch though, and I created bug #134679.
