I dont see this crash with 3.13.0-4-generic (14.04) and 3.13.0-6-generic (13.10) kernel version. Both logout/login and supend/resume works perfectly fine. Though I do have problems now with switching off the dedicated video card. Though the integrated card powers the display, still on switching off the dedicated card, the screen turn blank.
