[Bug 1306849] Re: Printing error

2015-07-14 Thread Prx
Hi,

I am on 32 bits Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
and I had the same error message with HL-5350DN.
I solved recently by changing the driver to
Generic PCL 3 Printer Foomatic/pcl3
and set the parameters to monochrom and 600x600dpi
The other 2 are bugging.
regards

[Bug 992232] Re: [needs-packaging] libreoffice-report-builder

2013-01-29 Thread Prx
Hi,
I do not understand the strategy to make Base and Libreoffice been accepted:
please make simple for users !

- I have a station with Ubuntu 11.10 with LO (libre office) 3.5.7.2 through the
http://ppa.launchpad.net/libreoffice/libreoffice-3-5/ubuntu (I had to change
this ppa recently otherwise I was still in previous version : not simple as
well !)
- I have a notebook with Ubuntu 12.04 with LO 3.5.4.2 without ppa change,
originaly installed

On Ubuntu 11.10 :
1/ I had to add BAse to be installed (why is not it from scratch ?)
2/ After a use of Base as a front end to Mysql DB, I mention that I can not
modify the reports made by the wizard !!
Why it is not installed from scrach ?

3/ I read that I have to install report-builder, so I go to synaptic and
choose that (it is a version 1.2 .1 only), I install : then not report
builder nor wizard runs !! (desintall builder and reinstall base with
synaptic wizard runs after)

SO , in clear : to use Base and design reports : what do I have to do (simple)?
Tkanks in advance.

Hello,

Thanks for answering, for me I declared that the copy paste is
impossible under the adress book only, (for example a phone N° or
address, unless you open the adress file of the person

[Bug 564475] [NEW] comma and point in numbers and text

2010-04-16 Thread Prx
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

You choose in option , in french : paramètres liguistiques (spelling
parameters) langues (languages) Touche séparateur de décimales (decimal
separation key) selected in order to let OOO Calc will understand 45,25
(point of the numpad replaced by a comma) if you type 45.25 .
BUT in OOO Writer, when you type . (point of the numpad) at the end of the
sentence, you get a, (comma).

If you do not select Touche séparateur de décimales (decimal
separation key), you will get a point when you press point of the numpad
so it OK for Writer but Calc does not understand that you typed a number
but understand a text.

This is a problem.

Hope to be clear enough.
